Declaring a NAIS Minor

1. Please complete this form to declare the minor.
2. Once you have completed the student section of the form, e-mail it to the NAIS Advisor, who will complete the form and submit it to the WCAS Office of Undergraduate Studies.
3. If you have questions about the minor, please stop by Room 202 at the CNAIR house (515 Clark Street) 
   • NAIS Minor Drop-In Office Hours: Fall 2023 - Wednesays 12 PM - 2 PM 
   • If these drop-in office hours do not work for you please email the NAIS Advisor with your availability for the week.
